What is the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 4 hours. We also offer full-day and multi-day rentals at competitive rates.
Do you offer airport pickup and delivery?
Yes! We offer convenient airport delivery and pickup services at John Glenn Columbus International Airport and surrounding areas. Additional fees may apply.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns are charged at an hourly rate based on the daily rental price. We recommend contacting us immediately if you anticipate being late so we can adjust your reservation.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, additional drivers can be added for a fee. All additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary renter and be present at pickup with valid documentation.
What if there's a mechanical issue during my rental?
Contact us immediately at +1(614)707-1689. We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all our rentals and will arrange for a replacement vehicle if necessary.
Do you rent for weddings and special events?
Absolutely! Our luxury vehicles are perfect for weddings, proms, photo shoots, and special occasions. We offer special event packages with chauffeur options available.
Can I take the car out of state?
Out-of-state travel must be approved in advance. Additional mileage fees and insurance considerations may apply. Please discuss your travel plans when making your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.
Are smoking and pets allowed in the vehicles?
No. All our vehicles are strictly smoke-free and pet-free. Violation of this policy will result in a $500+ cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit.
